About

I originally created earlier versions of the content here to help assistants, coworkers, interns and collaborators with working with some of the tools I like to use and the processes I've developed. I've since expanded to sharing knowledge with the general public doing the same things. A big part of doing great work is collaborating more effectively not just using better tech. At the end of the day it's how we push what we use.

As far as my editorial voice goes, I'm big into being "eco" so I'm for learning to value and use tools longer as well as working smarter (read as easier and/or faster). Regarding tech, I feel the industry pushes the latest and "greatest" but I'm not 100% for it. Things which made great work don't become garbage overnight because something new was released. I want to push for a change of mentality to move away from over consumption.

Some links to modern products I talk about here maybe affilliate links which help me generate a little money in which I reinvest in my other philanthropic endeavors. I'm a big fan of some older tech and naturally those are only available on the second hand market.
